Tami Gomez has updated our Terms of Service and other legal policies (See our Legal and Policy Center for all current versions), which are effective as of December 2023 and may be amended here at any time without notice. 

If you have any questions about these policies, you can contact us anytime via contact@tamigomez.com to unsubscribe, stop a subscription, or ask about the terms of use or other policies. 

Please be sure you read these new Terms and Conditions and all other policies to make sure you understand all changes that may be important to you. Disputes about these Terms and the Services, services, and websites provided by Tami Gomez are subject to binding arbitration and a waiver of class action rights detailed in Section 14 below.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.  THEY CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE.  EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES MENTIONED IN THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE, YOU AND TAMI GOMEZ AGREE THAT DISPUTES RELATING TO THIS TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES AND SERVICES WILL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from and use of products, programs, coaching services, memberships, courses, VIP experiences, intensives, digital materials, and other services offered by Tami Gomez Consultants LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Tami Gomez Consultants LLC provides coaching, educational programs, digital products, courses, memberships, group experiences, VIP services, intensives, and related personal and professional development services.

Specific deliverables, duration, access, scheduling, and other details may vary by offer and will be described on the applicable sales page, checkout page, invoice, or client agreement.

You agree to pay the price presented and accepted at the time of purchase.

Payments may be made in full or, when offered, through an installment plan.

Selecting an installment plan does not reduce the total purchase price. Unless the applicable agreement expressly provides otherwise, it is a method of paying the agreed purchase price over time.

You authorize us and our payment service providers to process payments according to the payment arrangement you select and authorize, subject to applicable law and payment-network rules.

Purchases are subject to the Tami Gomez Consultants LLC Refund & Cancellation Policy presented or made available in connection with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, sales are final and non-refundable.

When you select a payment plan, you agree to make payments according to the schedule disclosed when you purchase.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may suspend access to services or materials while the account remains unpaid, to the extent permitted by law and the applicable agreement.

Any collection activity will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Coaching is collaborative. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, participation, implementation, and results.

Purchasing a program does not guarantee that you will achieve a particular personal, professional, financial, business, relationship, health, or other outcome.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, materials provided by Tami Gomez Consultants LLC—including videos, recordings, frameworks, worksheets, workbooks, exercises, written materials, course content, graphics, methods, and training materials—remain the intellectual property of Tami Gomez LLC or their respective rights holders.

Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own purposes.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, teach, sublicense, upload, share, or commercially exploit Company materials without prior written permission.

Access is intended solely for the purchaser unless an offer specifically provides otherwise.

Sharing login credentials, recordings, downloads, or protected materials with unauthorized individuals may result in termination of access.

Group coaching calls, trainings, workshops, or events may be recorded when disclosed to participants.

Where recording occurs, participants will be informed as appropriate. By knowingly participating after such disclosure, you consent to the recording subject to applicable law.

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may send transactional communications necessary to fulfill your purchase.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the choices made available to you.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, income discussions, or client experiences represent individual experiences and are not promises or guarantees of future results.

Results vary according to numerous factors outside the Company's control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tami Gomez  Consultants LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version presented or made available when that transaction is entered into, except where a change is required by law.
